Rates 2013/2014

All prices are in EUR. The prices for our guest rooms are per person, prices for the apartments are per night. Final cleaning is charged per stay for the apartments only. Prices are calculated for one-week-stay. Prices for shorter stays in guest rooms (up to 3 nights) will be increased by 10%. The price for 1 person only in the double room - plus 40%. All prices are subjects of change in case of the change of the exchange rate higher then 5%.

General Terms and Conditions

1. OUR PRICES INCLUDE:

• high quality beddings and towels, dish-towels, toiletries and guest amenities;
• dedicated parking places right in front of the house;
• use of the pool for apartments A, B, C;
• use of the common spaces, children's corner, garden with a fireplace and grill;
• high speed WiFi connection (8 Mbit/s);
• childen's equipment (cots, bathinettes, baby care mats, highchairs, stools, potties);
• heating, electricity and water consumption, municipal taxes.

2. OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• reversible deposit, which covers possible damages caused by the guests (EUR 100 per apartment and EUR 50 per guest room);
• extra bed in apartments (available for EUR 8 per person and night);
• use of the pool for the guest rooms and apartment D (available for EUR 2 per person and day, wellness towel included);
• rent of garage (available for EUR 4 per day, please ask with your reservation).
• the price does not include cleaning of the kitchen and dishes. Our guests are kindly asked to clean it before leaving; otherwise we have to charge EUR 20 per cleaning. 

 3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

• after receiving your enquiry [click HERE] your reservation will be pre-confirmed and valid for 7 day (preliminary reservation);
• together with the preliminary reservation you'll receive the payment guidelines (we kindly request pre-payment 50% of the total price); your reservation is confirmed after crediting our account;
• the after-payment is due upon arrival;
• for selected periods we kindly ask for the after-payment before the arrival; the notification would be a part of the preliminary reservation;
• reversible doposit (part 2) is due upon arrival;
• arrival time: 16:00 - 19:00;
• departure time: within 10:00. 

4. DISCOUNTS:

• 100% - children under 3 (no regular bed) in the guest rooms; cots with bedding is provided for free - please ask with your reservation; 
• 50%   - children under 6 in the guest rooms (regular bed or extra bed);
• 50%   - extra bed in the guest room (folding bed 80 x 200 cm);
• 10%   - regular guests - the second and every other stay (discount of the price for final cleaning is not provided);
• the discounts can't be cumulated.

 5. CANCELATION FEES:

• up to 45 days before arrival:      EUR 50;
• 44 - 30 days before arrival:        10% of the total price, EUR 50 min;
• 29 - 10 days before arrival:        30% of the total price, EUR 50 min;
• 9 and less days before arrival:   50% of the total price, EUR 50 min.
